3. How We Use & Protect Your Data

Your business and personal data is kept private and secure. We never sell or rent your customer lists or personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted service providers when required to deliver your service—such as mobile networks for Bulk SMS delivery or licensed payment providers like Paystack and Safaricom M-Pesa.

4. Data Retention

In line with Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) requirements, billing and tax invoice records are retained for 7 years. Temporary website session cookies are cleared automatically after 30 days.
