We adhere to the highest global standards of data privacy to ensure your operational security is never compromised.

2. Data Collection Matrix

We systematically collect data strictly necessary to provide and optimize our enterprise services:

• Account Logistics: Name, professional email address, corporate phone numbers, and encrypted credential hashes.
• Transactional & Financial Records: Payment processing traces via secure gateways (e.g., Paystack), including truncated payment identifiers required for ETR-compliant ledger reconciliation.
• Telemetry & Session Footprints: High-resolution IP addresses, neural interaction flows, browser topologies, and strict session identifiers to combat malicious scraping and unauthorized neural access.

3. Sub-Processing & Data Circulation

Your data remains isolated within our encrypted architecture. We do not sell or lease corporate node data. Sub-processing only occurs with vetted, ISO-certified tier-1 infrastructural partners necessary to route communications (e.g., Bulk SMS gateways) and process payments natively. All third-party endpoints are bound by strict non-disclosure and processing agreements.

4. Retention Lifecycles

Financial transaction logs and correlated user telemetry are retained for a minimum of 7 years to satisfy Kenyan Revenue Authority (KRA) audits. Session cookies and transient algorithmic traces are purged autonomously every 30 days unless subject to active security forensics.

5. Your Sovereign Rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act and global equivalents, you maintain sovereign rights over your digital footprint.
