Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you (the "Client") and Quantum Kenya. By ordering our hardware, using our software systems, or signing up for our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Software Licensing & Ownership

All software code, designs, and systems built by Quantum Kenya remain the intellectual property of Quantum Kenya unless otherwise agreed in writing. Buying a software package grants your business a license to use the software for your operations. Copying, reselling, or redistributing the software without permission is not allowed.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Bulk SMS service and business software for lawful business activities only. Sending spam, fraudulent messages, or unlawful content through our messaging services will result in immediate account suspension.

4. Service Reliability & Support

We work hard to keep our cloud software running smoothly with 99.9% uptime and provide local technical support from our Nairobi office. If scheduled maintenance is required, we notify clients in advance.

5. Payments, Installments & Taxes

All software, hardware, and SMS credit orders must be paid according to the selected payment option (Full Payment, 50% Deposit Lipa Mdogo Mdogo installment plan, or Paystack Escrow). Where applicable, 16% VAT is included in accordance with KRA regulations.
